Our most requested massage, we use a relaxing blend of techniques utilizing classic, long flowing Swedish strokes. Pressure is light to medium. A little deeper pressure is used in areas of tension that need to be worked out.
Deep Tissue
60/90 minutes | $185/$270
This massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue through slow, deep strokes. These techniques relieve the chronic patterns of tension in the body by targeting areas of high stress and releasing individual trigger points providing excellent relief for sore and overused muscles.

Mother-to-be

A well-deserved respite, enjoy a relaxing massage with extra attention given to areas of stress including the lower back, legs and feet. You will love our pregnancy pad where you can lie face down and fully enjoy your massage! You must be in your 2nd trimester or later in order to receive a massage (massage is contraindicated in the first trimester). This treatment helps to increase circulation, relieve tension and alleviates swelling in the hands and feet while uplifting the spirit.

Feel the Earth’s energy as warm basalt river stones are laid on your body. Feel your muscles melt. Deeper massage work is achieved with heat, not pressure to release tension and induce relaxation.

If you’ve been curious about CBD and have a couple of sore, bothersome areas, this is a great time to experience the inflammation and pain relieving properties of CBD. There is NO THC in our CBD products.

Your aesthetician will curate a blended facial that is perfectly suited for your skin – exactly where it is today. This facial is based on the European tradition which is hands on. It consists of cleansing, exfoliation, skin analysis, steam when indicated, massage, and application of warm towels. You will receive massage of the face, neck, shoulders, decollete, arms and hands. In addition to having a lovely, glowing complexion you will emerge completely relaxed!
Please be mindful, if you have had Botox or other injectables, you must wait a minimum of two weeks before you can receive a facial. Men, if you’re going to shave, please shave at least two hours prior to a facial.

Next a gentle buffing with our Sorella Body Buff followed by massage with our Sorella Body Butter and warm stones. Next, relax with an warm Aloe Mask. The finishing step is the application of Sorella’s luxurious Body Balm and Nectar. Your back will say “Ahhhhh”.

Energize your body and mind with the sweet, fresh scents of pink grapefruit, lemon, lime and orange. The mouth-watering zesty body scrub and rich, hydrating body butter wil leave skin exfoliated, detoxed, brightened and glowing from the natural Vitamin C and citrus essential oils. Your body and senses will be uplifted and you may leave wanting to sit by the pool and sip one of our bar’s famous orange crushes!
Sea Sanctuary Body Scrub & Wrap

Invigorate your skin and your senses! This scrub features sea salt, sea kelp, wheatgrass, lemon zest, ginger root, bergamot and frankincense. A soothing aloe wrap is next where you’ll be cocooned in a warm wrap to chill for a bit. Afterwards, a rinse in our amazing multi-jet shower prepares you for the final step. The final step is the application of a luxurious body butter with the same scents. This treatment is great for flushing impurities from the skin, stimulating circulation and providing vital minerals and nutrients to the skin. Your skin will will be smoother, hydrated and firmer!

You’re rough, you’re tough but your skin shouldn’t be. Man up and slough off all those dull, dead skin cells with “Burly Buff”, organic sugar infused with orange, cedarwood, peppermint and tea tree oils. “Buff” also fights nasty free radicals, detoxifies and helps fight fungi while peppermint oil soothes muscular aches and pains while oils of sunflower and safflower nourish the skin. A soothing aloe wrap is next where you’ll be cocooned in a warm wrap to chill for a bit. Afterwards, a rinse in our amazing multi-jet shower (alone, of course). Peppermint Twist Foot Ritual

Rejuvenate your feet and lower legs! This ritual begins with a welcoming foot wrap performed with warm towels. Next, your lower legs and feet will be exfoliated with a gentle peppermint sugar scrub. The warming and cooling properties will aid in relieving any muscular aches and pains. Next, enjoy a soothing massage utilizing skilled hands and warm stones. Relax with a luxurious wrap of peppermint essential oil swirled with sunflower, coconut oils and cocoa butter cream while your feet are enveloped in warm paraffin booties. Enjoy scalp, neck, shoulder arm and hand massages while the wrap performs it’s magic. Your feet and legs will emerge feeling energized and silky soft and your spirit will be lifted from the aromatherapy!

Our Spa
The Spa at Harbour Inn is a “petite retreat” located on the third floor of the Harbour Inn waterfront resort. The Spa enjoys a diverse following of locals, day trippers, groups and resort guests. You are encouraged to “come as you are” whether it’s from a meeting, wedding, golf course, festival, pool or boat. We welcome everyone to enjoy our friendly and relaxing retreat.
The Spa features six treatment rooms consisting of three individual massage rooms, two massage/facial rooms and one couples room. We can accommodate up to seven people at one time so our space is perfect for your small group.
Our reception area doubles as a small boutique where you can find many items such as professional skincare for the face and body, CBD products and a variety of other items. Feel free to stop by just to browse or if you need a last-minute gift.
Our relaxation room is a small but comfortable place to unwind before or after your session. We offer a variety of teas and fruit-infused spa water. There is a nice view beyond the hotel of a small harbor where, in season, you’ll see local waterman returning with their daily catch.
Our Philosophy
In these times of perpetual motion and instant gratification we must remember that it’s important to continue to nurture ourselves. A “quick fix” is just that – a procedure that treats the outward symptoms and does not address the internal causes of a condition. It seems everyone is overextended these days so now, more than ever, we need to take time to slow down and recharge our bodies, minds and spirits. It’s essential to bring harmony back into our lives with mindful self-care and practices. During your visit, our goal is to help you release tension, restore balance and find relief from your physical and mental stressors.

Steam Rooms, Multi Jet Showers & Pool (available in season)
The Spa offers well-appointed ladies and men’s changing rooms which feature lockers for your personal items, a small steam room and a multi-jet shower including an overhead rain shower in each changing area. Hairdryers and other personal items are supplied as well.
Enjoy a private steam prior to or after your service and finish with an invigorating shower. If you are planning on enjoying the amenities prior to your service, add appropriate time in addition to the 15 minute pre-appointment arrival time.
There is a full service restaurant located within the hotel that is open year round. In season, enjoy the harborside pool, bar and grill to top off your day!

Spa Reservations
We recommend that you book your services well in advance of your arrival so that we may best meet your scheduling requests. For a quicker response, we recommend that you call as opposed to using the email link.
Health Conditions
When booking your reservation, please advise us of any serious health conditions, physical limitations or special needs as this may affect your choice of services. Your therapist will go over your concerns and will advise which treatments are best for you.
Cancellation
Spa services are extremely popular. While we certainly understand that your plans can change, the treatments you select are reserved especially for you. For individual services, a 24 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged in full. For packages & groups, we require 24 hours notice per person for cancellations (example: a group of six would need to cancel six days prior). This policy allows others to enjoy our services, as well as recognizing the value of the time of our talented spa therapists.
Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service to check in. Prior to your service, you will fill out a client consultation form which enables our therapists to better serve you. Arriving less than 15 minutes prior may limit the time for your treatment thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. To avoid delaying our next guests, your service will still end on time regardless of when you arrived.
Spa Attire
A robe and spa sandals will be provided for you or, you may bypass the locker room and go directly to your treatment room to prepare for your service. This is your option. Hotel guests feel free to come in your robe and slippers. Undergarments are not necessary but you may wear them if you prefer. Spa wraps will be provided for facial treatments. Our therapists are professionally trained in proper draping techniques to ensure your privacy and comfort.
Valuables
Please do not bring or leave valuables in the Spa. We will not be responsible for any theft or loss of personal property, including jewelry or other personal items.
Should you shave before a treatment?
Shaving is not recommended prior to any body exfoliation treatments or hair removal services. We do, however recommend that men shave at least two hours prior to their scheduled facial treatment. If he has sensitive skin, the night before.
Age Requirement
All spa guests must be 18 or older to schedule a treatment.
